29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On May 13, 2026, at or near 6601 Selkirk Dr S in Fargo, North Dakota, an employee was exposed to fall hazards of up to 16 feet without fall protection systems in place while installing permanent LED lighting from the roof of a residential structure with a roof pitch of 8:12 . Note: Seamless Pro LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1767274, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/16/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 5306 51st Avenue South, Fargo, ND 58104
