On or about May 27, 2026, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential roofing operations, nine (9) feet seven (7) inches above ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards. c. On or about May 27, 2026, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential roofing operations, eight (8) feet four (4) inches above ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.
