29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) Elyn Loop Building 5378, Missoula MT, 59808: On or about June 02, 2026, employees were exposed to a catapult and subsequent fall of approximately 30 feet to the ground below preparing to paint from an ariel lift. The employees were working from the basket without an attached lanyard.
