29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about June 26, 2026, employees engaged in framing activities for Buckmaster Construction, LLC on a commercial construction jobsite located at 637 North Maple Street, Wahoo, Nebraska were exposed to fall hazards in that the employer did not ensure employees working from a roof approximately 11 feet, 7 inches as measured from eave to ground were protected from falling to the next lower level.
