machine rooms, or boilers during power failures due to the lack of
emergency lighting:

an electrical hazard while maintenance personnel perform maintenance or
repairs on various voltages without a lock out procedure:
a) All Buildings including: Campion, Barbellin and Villiger.

ABATEMENT NOTE: A feasible method of abatement would be to initiate
and maintain a lockout procedure.
