or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to
a fire and explosion hazard from the storage and possible mixing of
flammable liquids with oxidizing materials:
a) Flammable Liquids Storage Room - Organic peroxides (Methyl Ethyl
Ketone Peroxide) stored with flammable liquids (Acetone, Resin), on
or about June 26, 1986.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is the separate storage of oxidizers and flammables.
