BURN - EXPLOSION OF GASOLINE VAPORS
Investigation abstract
TWO EMPLOYEES WERE USING ELECTRIC TOOLS IN AN AREA WHERE GASOLINE WAS BEING SPRA YED ONTO STYROFOAM FORM WORK. AN EXPLOSION RESULTED, BURNING THE TWO EMPLOYEES. THEY WERE HOSPITALIZED FOR THEIR INJURIES.
