Investigation abstract

At 7:15 a.m. on May 28, 2021, Employee #1 was cleaning residual food from a drum former machine. While using his right hand to clean the equipment, his hand was caught in a pinch point, resulting in amputation of the right middle fingertip. The employee was treated without hospitalization.
