At 12:45 p.m. on July 28, 2021, Employee #1, working as a palletizer operator, entered the palletizer to adjust leaning product rolls. While inside the palletizer, the employee sustained crushing injuries to the chest. Emergency services transported the employee for medical treatment. The employee was hospitalized.
