Employee with COVID-19 infection is hospitalized
Investigation abstract
An employee returned from a vacation and after not feeling well had tested positive for COVID-19. After testing positive for COVID-19, the employee was sent home to quarantine and started to feel worse. Eventually, the employee checked into a hospital for treatment at 2:45 p.m. on August 20, 2021.
