Employee Fractures Leg When Struck By Sheet Glass
Investigation abstract
At 7:45 a.m. on October 26, 2021, an employee was wrapping flat glass sheets for protective purposes and loading them into a truck. Two sheets of glass tipped towards the employee and fell on his leg. The employee sustained broken bones in his leg and was hospitalized.
