Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
Investigation abstract
The employee was as a bank teller for a credit union when she was exposed to customers who potentially were infected with COVID-19. The employee called off sick on October 28, 2021, and was hospitalized the same day. The employee tested positive for COVID-19 and subsequently died on November 1, 2021, due to multiple body system failures.
