Employee is electrocuted and drowns in pool

Investigation abstract

At 2:59 p.m. on March 24, 2022, an employee was working at a private residence near a pool, while grinding wood and using an extension cord that appeared to be cut and taped. The employee grabbed the extension cord and received a shock, causing him to lose consciousness and fall into the pool. The employee was electrocuted and drowned in the pool.
