Employee killed in Towmotor overturn
Investigation abstract
Employee #1 was using a Towmotor to dump trash into a dumpster. As he drove away from the dumpster, he apparently left his forks up. As he turned the Towmotor, it tipped over on its side. Employee #1 was struck and killed by the Towmotor as he either tried to jump clear or was thrown from it. He was not pinned undernea th the Towmotor.
