Around 11 p.m. on January 20, 2015, an employee was attempting to load a trailer of frozen products. He went to roll up the dock door and the spring came loose, causing the door to come down on his left leg. He suffered a fracture to his left fibula and tibia and was sent to Memorial Hospital of York. At 8:30 a.m. he was evaluated for inpatient rehabilitation.
