Final narrative
An employee was on a scissor lift cutting a metal water pipe (15-feet long) with a torch. When the pipe was completely cut, it hit the scissor lift and caused the lift to fall 15 feet to the ground. The employee broke his arm and pelvis and was hospitalized.
