An employee suffered a nasal fracture on 5/8/15 after being hit on the nose by a baseball. He was hospitalized.

An employee had picked up a piece of steel tubing at each end to throw it into a recycling bin. When the employee threw the tube, it caught on a fixed air pipe. The employee's right hand was caught between the end of the tube and the pipe, and the employee's index finger was broken.

Mimbela Contractors Inc

As part of a sidewalk demolition project, the injured employee was loading rocks and concrete by hand into the bucket of a skid steer. A rock thrown by another employee struck the injured employee's left hand, causing a partial amputation of the middle finger.

A temporary employee was picking up a metal bed frame and throwing it in the back of a garbage truck. The bed frame bounced off the truck and struck the left side of the employee's head, resulting in a concussion and a laceration.

An employee was walking on the ground with an inspector when they were struck by a falling temporary guardrail. The employee sustained muscle and ligament tears as well as internal bleeding.
