Final narrative
An employee was drilling holes in a beam when the coolant stopped spraying properly. He climbed onto the CNC drilling machine to adjust the coolant. The knob to control the coolant was located above the vertical drill. As the employee made the adjustment, the CNC drill cycled and pulled the employee's left lower leg between the beam and rollers. He was hospitalized for treatment of a compound fracture.
