An employee was performing a fluid end replacement on a pump using an impact gun to remove pump suction manifold bolts. While loosening the bolts, the suction manifold fell ~6 inches catching employee's arms between the suction manifold and trail fender resulting in a contusion injury. The header weighs approximately 250-300 pounds.
