On Sunday, September 20, 2015 at approximately 11:15 AM, an employee was walking down the cooking galley carrying a 10 pound bag of bacon. He slipped and fell, landing on his buttocks. During his fall he reached out and grabbed a hot fryer full of hot grease to try and break/prevent his fall. The hot grease caused second degree burns to his left hand and arm.
