Five employees were leaving the jobsite on an ATV designed for four passengers. The ATV was traveling down a steep hill on a gravel road when it fishtailed and began to roll due to the steepness of the grade. Two employees who were not wearing seatbelts were ejected. One employee suffered two broken ribs and was hospitalized. The other employees were treated and released.
