Final narrative
An employee was talking with a powered industrial truck (PIV) operator who was unloading a vehicle. As he walked back to his office, the PIV operator reversed the PIV and hit him, knocking him to the ground and running over and fracturing his left foot/ankle. He was hospitalized.
