On May 24, 2016, at 6:30 a.m., an employee was helping to guide a platform into position while a coworker used a crane to lift it. While guiding the platform, the employee's fingers entered the open walking surface grating. He suffered hand and finger injuries, including possible broken bones and/or finger amputations.
