The employee was selecting product on the third floor of a warehouse when he felt "weird." He went to an air conditioned room and sat down. He started to feel dizzy, sweat profusely, have tunnel vision, muscle spasms, and numbness in his legs. The employee was hospitalized for heat related stress and dehydration.
