Two employees were installing siding on the third floor of a stair landing from a makeshift scaffold. Both employee's fell approximately 30 feet to the ground when the scaffold failed. Employee 1 suffered a broken back and neck. Employee 2 suffered fractures to the pelvis, tailbone and lower back. Both employees were hospitalized.
