At about 11:00 p.m., an employee was rotating a pole to line up the strong back with the crane to hook. Two out of the six tacks were holding the strong back. The strong back came loose and dropped vertically to the floor; before it stopped moving, it struck the employee on the left side of his left leg. The strong back weighs approximately 600 lbs. The employee's leg, from the knee down to his ankle, received a glancing blow. He was taken hospitalized with several broken bones.
