An employee was lashing and securing military cargo. A nearby Bradley Fighting Vehicle (BFV) operator was backing up a Bradley when she pulled the throttle instead of the fuel shut-off. The Bradley then hit a second Bradley and pinned the employee between the Bradley and the wall. The employee suffered two broken ribs and a punctured lung.
