On December 19, 2016, at 7:45 p.m., an employee was operating an electric forklift in the freezer to go pick an order when the employee struck a storage rack upright. The employee's right foot was caught between the forklift and the rack, resulting in lacerations that required stitches and two broken toes. The employee was hospitalized for surgery.
