Final narrative
An employee exited their cargo van to deliver a package and the van began rolling backward. The employee went to stop the van by opening the passenger door, but tripped and was pinned against a wall by the passenger door. The employee sustained a fracture rib and lower spine fracture. The employee was hospitalized.
