An employee was using a Kevlar Rope wrapper to install Kevlar fabric onto a roller. The control was fixed so the machine continued to run while the employee adjusted the Kevlar fabric. Both of his pinky fingers were caught between the Kevlar rope and the metal roller, tearing the skin at the base of one if his left fingers that required surgery and fracturing one of his right fingers.
