Final narrative
An employee was operating an electric triple pallet jack inside the freezer, selecting product cases, when the triple jack stopped working. Burning odor came out of the triple jack's motor brushes. The employee inhaled the smoke and fumes, which started burning his throat and lungs. He was hospitalized.
