A temporary employee was assigned to conduct a flow test inside the jet bubbling reactor during a scheduled outage. The employee entered the reactor, stepped into the flow of air and was pushed out of the doorway and against a guardrail system outside the doorway resulting in a broken tibia and fibula and contusions.
