An employee was pushing a food cart through a door jam when another employee walked to the opposite side of the food cart, reached up, and tried to help the employee pull the cart through the door jam. When he did that, the food cart pinched the first employee's finger between the food cart and the door jam, amputating the very tip of the middle finger on his right hand.
