An employee was cleaning up saw dust with compressed air when the air hose became entangled in the batten saw guide chain table, pulling it into the saw box. The employee shut down the chain table, reached for the hose inside the saw box, and contacted the saw blade, suffering lacerations and broken bones to the right ring and middle fingers. The saw was still energized at the time of the incident.
