Final narrative
An employee was getting out of a semi-truck passenger door, inside the mechanic shop. He put his foot on the foot board and went to move it down to the lower step when his foot got caught on the board's grating. He fell approximately 34" onto the concrete floor sustaining a fractured left hip.
