An employee was setting up to cut a cable and needed to release a come-a-long that was attached to the temporary suspender at the cable. At this point, the temporary suspender spun and pinched the employee between the existing suspender and temporary suspender assembly. The employee suffered a broken left tibia and fibula, dislocated right knee, and cut head.
