A tractor-trailer driver had opened the rear trailer doors and returned to the tractor cab to back the trailer to the dock door. An employee entered the space between the back of the trailer and the edge of the dock. The trailer backed up, trapping the employee between the back of the trailer and the loading dock. The employee suffered a fractured left wrist, fractured pelvic/hip bone, and fractured sacrum.
