An employee had been realigning a conveyor chain at an unscrambler. The employee went back to grab a board off the conveyor the machine started. The employee's arm was pinched between the chain and the unscrambler wall; the employee suffered fractures to the left ulna, radius, and hand, as well as a laceration between the left thumb and forefinger.
