An employee was cutting down a tree when the tree trunk fell and became stuck in another tree. The employee was moving to the other side of the tree, using the tree and stump as leverage to get over the tree. On his way over, the tree rolled, pinning his left index finger between the tree and the stump. His left index fingertip was crushed, resulting in a fingertip amputation.
