An employee was attempting to clear a blocked grease line by injecting steam into the line. Pressure overcame the seal on the lid and ejected hot grease onto the employee's shoulder and arm. The employee sustained second degree burns to the top of the shoulders and the right arm. The employee was hospitalized.
