An employee was rehanging a line on a pole approximately 18 feet high. During high winds, a nearby tree broke and fell onto the feeder cable causing the top of the pole to snap below the transformer. The employee did not fall from the pole, but was struck by the pole or the transformer. The employee was hospitalized.
