Final narrative
An employee was on a scaffold tearing down a pool cage and knocking down a beam with a hammer when the entire sidewall gave way and knocked the employee from the scaffold onto the paved deck below. The employee subsequently fell into an empty pool, suffering a broken rib and broken jaw.
