Final narrative
An employee was using a metal grabber and overhead crane to assemble a chute out of various pieces of steel. The employee had positioned a sheet of steel in a vertical manner and then climbed onto an 8-foot step ladder to remove the metal grabber from the top of the sheet of steel. The metal grabber moved away from the employee, and the employee lost balance and fell to the floor, landing on the right side. The employee sustained a contusion to the right elbow.
