Final narrative
Two employees were in a fabrication shop, working on opposite ends of a 30x150 steel beam. One of them reached out to push/stop the beam as he was trying to move out of its path, but the bottom flange caught his left foot, causing a laceration and broken bones. He was hospitalized.
