On 8/31/2020, a Noble Casing, Inc., employee was on location performing rathole operations. A nearby skid steer operator was unloading a joint of pipe from a trailer and had the pipe elevated while backing to clear the bunks. The pipe then slid off the skid steer forks and trapped the employee between the pipe and trailer. The employee suffered a dislocated left elbow, broken left femur, single vertebra fracture, and bleeding in the brain, requiring hospitalization and surgery.
