An employee was feeding a plastic sheet into a grinder machine. The sheet stalled going into the machine; while the employee was trying to get the feed process to resume, their left foot landed on the sheet just as it began to move. The employee was propelled, causing their right leg to buckle. The employee suffered a broken right leg below the tibia and a dislocated right knee.
