Final narrative
An employee was standing on a flatbed trailer tying down a tank. The employee stepped backward off the trailer and fell approximately 4 feet to the concrete floor. The employee was hospitalized for a fractured pelvis, fractured ribs, and fractured L2-L5 vertebrae.
