An employee was trying to flip a square steel tube using a flip bar. The tube did not flip all the way and came back down onto the employee's left pinky and ring fingers, crushing them against the edge of another steel tube. The employee's left pinky finger was amputated at the first joint and the ring finger was lacerated.
