Two employees were attempting to move a tender truck that was stuck in gravel. Employee 1 was operating a skid-steer loader with a chain that was attached to the mast and to the front of the tender truck to pull on the truck. Employee 2 was operating another skid-steer loader to push on the truck's rear bumper. Employee 1 pulled on the truck and then exited the loader to retighten the chain attached to the loader's mast. Employee 2 pushed on the truck's rear bumper and the truck traveled forward, pinning Employee 1 between the truck's front bumper and loader's mast area. Employee 1 was hospitalized for a fractured pelvic bone, two fractured hips, three fractured bones in the left leg, and internal bleeding.
