Final narrative
On June 17, 2021, a maintenance employee was on an A-frame ladder replacing a sign. The bottom legs of the ladder crumbled and the employee fell to the floor. He suffered a concussion and a muscle strain to his buttocks and lower back. He was hospitalized.
